I am re-referring a good friend of mine, Beverly Auxier.  I referred her in October 2018 too, at which

time we both used your services to Re-pipe a kitchen at the Redondo Beach Center For Spiritual Living

in Redondo Beach.  Our contract with you for that project is dated 10.16.2018.  I was actually the lead

on that project which Beverly approved.

Her house is now in extreme need of a Re-pipe, and I just want to make sure you take good

care of her, as you have all my Real Estate clients as well.
